How to wear a bomber

  • The faux sheepskin bomber

Comforting and warm, the faux sheepskin bomber is perfect for a student look. Wear the shearling-effect bomber with high-waisted, regular-fit black jeans, a black off-the-shoulder crop top and a blue backpack. A faux sheepskin bomber is paired with a pair of beige platform sneakers.

  • The two-tone Teddy bomber

A symbol of American universities, seen in numerous TV series since the '80s, the Teddy bomber has become a staple in women's wardrobes. Casual and comfortable, it can be worn with a wide range of pieces without fear of tastelessness. Wear the two-tone Teddy jacket in white and beige with regular, high-waisted mom or boyfriend jeans, a white stand-up collar sweater and a pair of white sneakers. Or wear with a bubble skirt and a pair of jeans.

  • The fur-sleeved bomber

A hot trend seen on the Instagram feeds of many influencers, the fur-sleeved bomber is a big hit. It's a fashion fusion between the traditional fur jacket and the classic bomber. The fur-sleevedbomber is thick enough to keep you warm all winter long without weighing you down with a long coat. Wear the fur-sleeved bomber with black faux-leather pants and heeled boots for a sexy, feminine look. For a more casual look, wear the fur-sleeved bomber with a pleated skirt and patent flat boots or trendy white santiags.

  • The champion white bomber

Ideal for a sporty, feminine look, the champion white bomber is simple and effective, warming and acting as a mid-season coat. Practical for outdoor sports activities, it also mixes well with more traditional pieces. For an everyday casual look, the champion white bomber can be worn with mom jeans, brown ankle boots and a shoulder bag.

Which bomber is right for you?

For women with an A morphology, i.e. hips and pelvis wider than shoulders and chest, we recommend an oversized bomber with a flapped collar. Bomber jackets with fur sleeves will also increase the volume of your upper body, so your outfit will visually harmonize your silhouette. With this type of silhouette and while wearing a bomber, wear flare, wide-leg jeans or regular pants at the bottom to balance out the volumes.

For O-shaped morphologies, i.e. short, round women with a slight waistline, we recommend fluid, not too thick bombers like the champion white bomber, to avoid rounding off the silhouette.

For V-shaped morphologies, i.e. women with a silhouette where the bust and shoulders are wider than the hips, it's advisable to wear a bomber with no collar, no fur, little print and no pattern. On the contrary, synthetic bombers in plain, dark colors are preferred. We wear bomber jackets with this type of silhouette, mixing them with cargo pants, wide-leg jeans or flared skirts.

For I-shaped women, i.e. those with a very long silhouette, shoulders in line with hips and little or no waistline, opt for bombers with large, oversized lettering. Wear the bomber with this type of silhouette by pairing it with graphic, colorful, loose-fitting pants.

For figure-8s, i.e. women with an hourglass figure, choose a slim-fitting bomber and wear it with high-waisted bottoms to emphasize the waist.

Which accessories to wear with a bomber?

As the bomber is a rather casual, urban piece of women's dressing, we combine it with other feminine pieces, rock, bohemian or romantic accessories to create a trendy, harmonious look. For example, superimpose jewels on necklaces, mixing long necklaces with chokers, silver-plated rings, cuff bracelets..
