    • Colissimo: on average 48 business hours

    • Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days, and delivery is free for purchases of €60 or more?

    Any order placed before 3:00 PM is prepared and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    Our teams prepare your orders very quickly! Once an order is confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify it. However, our customer service team is here to help you find the best solution.

  • An item I love is out of stock — what should I do?

    Some products are restocked regularly ✨ Enable the ‘Notify me’ alert on the product page to be notified as soon as it’s back in stock.

  • How do I make a return?

    1. Log in to your account in the “My Account” section

    2. Click on “Make a return”

    3. Generate your return label

    4. Drop off your parcel at a Mondial Relay location

  • How long do I have to return an item?

    You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return online.

  • What are the processing times?

    Returns will be processed within 15 business days following the receipt of your package by our team.

  • Will I receive a refund or store credit?

    ● By default, store credit is automatically issued once your return is approved.

    ● If you prefer a refund, simply send us a request by email at: sav@brentiniparis.com

  • Can I exchange an item?

    We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or another model, simply return the item and place a new order.

  • How long is store credit valid for?

    Issued store credits are valid for one year from their date of issue.

  • How do I make a return from abroad (outside France)?

    To return your parcel, please follow the steps below:

    WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AT PICK-UP POINTS:

    1. Purchase a return label through the carrier of your choice

     (Colissimo, Chronopost, etc.).

    2. Send the parcel directly to our address:

    3. Make sure to include a note inside the parcel indicating your order number, first name, last name, and email address.
