*Return fees of €4.90 will be deducted from your refund or store credit – By choosing our return process, you benefit from our preferential Mondial Relay rates. However, you can also return the parcel via your local carrier at your own expense. Please send the parcel to the following address: BRENTINY PARIS, 44 rue des Combalettes, 01100 OYONNAX - FRANCE.

The return period upon receipt of the parcel is 30 days. After this period, we will not be able to process the return. Returned items must not show any depreciation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the item(s).

Your credit will be issued within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the parcel. You can also request a refund by email at: [email protected]

What are the accepted return conditions?

1. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition with the tag attached. If the item is stained, damaged, or used, the return or exchange will be refused.

2. For hygiene reasons, returns cannot be made for the following products:
Cosmetic products, jewelry, underwear and lingerie, socks and tights, masks (masks, mask dresses, mask bodysuits), swimsuits.

3. If you received a defective/damaged/incorrect item, please contact customer service at [email protected] or 04.81.68.07.92 with your order number and a photo of the product as proof.

Note: During the sales season, return processing at our warehouse may take a little longer. Your refund may be delayed by about 3 to 5 working days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

PLEASE NOTE: our preferential return rates apply only to MAINLAND FRANCE. Return fees are at your expense for other countries.

How to find the return label?

Find your order in "MY ACCOUNT" → Click on "make a return" (3rd option on the left menu) → Click on your order → click on the link to generate a label.

You will receive your label instantly by email or can download it directly in PDF format.

How to use my store credit?

Nothing easier! Copy/paste your credit code received by email into the "discount voucher" box at the cart stage. Click "OK" to apply it, and the credit amount will automatically be deducted from your order total.
