Retro années 80

The 80s are back, with epaulettes, ruffles and ruffles. Excess is back in fashion, updated for a trendy look with more fitted cuts. The spirit of the '80s is all about flashy colors and looks that spill over and make a statement. Punk is a must-have, with fishnet stockings, Dr Martens and oversized blazer jackets.

How to wear sexy 80s retro punk?

Opt for frayed, ripped or faded jeans , high-waisted with a regular or slim fit, to be worn with a turtleneck sweater or burgundy high-collar top, a pair of classic Drs Martens and a velvet fanny pack. Add a touch of '80s retro with a little punk, and avoid a total look that's too much and offbeat. For a sexy '80s punk look, opt for a pleated faux-leather flared skirt in camel or beige, an oversized white blouse and a pair of flat vinyl boots.

The bodysuit is also an 80s staple, worn in a more contemporary look, in nude or marron glacé, short-sleeved with ripped regular mom or boyfriend jeans, a pair of chunky loafers and a short oversized blazer jacket with gathered sleeves.

Another '80s sexy punk basic, black faux-leather shorts , this time in a high-waisted loose fit rather than microshorts, with a high-collared blouse and a pair of block-heeled boots, or a long-sleeved butterfly bodysuit and colorful sneakers from Puma.

Don't hesitate to opt for a strapless leather crop top, in flashy yellow or apple green, to be worn with regular high-waisted black pants and a pair of transparent block-heeled sandals for an original, atypical look that's sure to leave a lasting impression!

To follow the retro '80s trend, we're wearing tulle, of course! A powder-pink version with our long skirt, we don't hesitate to pair it with a large black hoodie and a pair of chunky sandals or loafers.

We're not forgetting the traditional faux-leather perfecto, daring to add a touch of color to your look, to be worn with light blue faded mom or boyfriend jeans and a pair of Adidas superstar sneakers.

Or wear a faux-leather perfecto with faux-fur collar, right in line with the retro '80s trend, with dark blue regular jeans and a stand-up collar sweater.

When it comes to accessories, forget the rules and indulge yourself with layered jewelry, skull and crossbones rings, mittens and plain caps.

How to wear 80s retro color block?

For those who love glowy looks, hoop earrings are the perfect way to get in on the retro '80s trend, to be worn with a pretty colorful psychedelic or marbled combishort for a total look!

The 80s were also the heyday of the trouser suit, and we've fallen for the contemporary version with the collection of blazer jacket and baroque suit trouser ensembles. We dare to wear an oversized short blazer jacket with laces to tie around the belly and a miniskirt, with a pair of square-heeled sandals with straps. We're going for the preppy, effortless chic look, with a low loose bun, a patterned women's suit and a pair of flat vinyl ankle boots.

The '80s also left their mark on fashion with their explosion of color on clothing. To keep up with the '80s trend, dare to use flashy colors in all their forms. For those of us who are still adept at sobriety, we opt for a fluorescent yellow crop top, to be worn with ⅞ slim-fit frayed jeans and an oversized black blazer jacket.

We also dare jackets and sweaters with gathered sleeves, like a reminder of the shoulder pads of the retro 80s trend, original buttons to personalize on a more classic jacket, dare atypical combinations, faux fur clutches, quilted backpacks and bling bling jewelry.

For a special occasion, revive the glitter and rhinestone spirit of the '80s with the little mermaid-cut sequin maxi dress, worn with pumps and a minaudière, perfect for a wild night out at the club!

The 80s also saw the democratization of jogging suits and leggings, to be worn as a casual total look with a hoodie and a thin quilted down jacket in winter, a cap and a velvet fanny pack!

When it comes to hair and make-up, dare to go for volume, frizz and original cuts. The banana chignon is sure to catch your eye, so go for it!
