For shipping to mainland France, shipping charges start at €4.99

For insured shipping outside FRANCE, the price varies according to the country where the package is shipped:

For BELGIUM and GERMANY: Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €9.99 regardless of the number of items.
For DOM-TOM: Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €19.99 regardless of the number of items.
For SPAIN, SWITZERLAND and ITALY: Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €12.99 regardless of the number of items.


Any order placed on the Site and shipped outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties levied when the package reaches its destination. You are responsible for paying any such customs duties and taxes associated with an item shipped to you. We are not required to verify nor to inform you of applicable customs duties and taxes. For more information, we advise you to contact the competent authorities in your country.

Moreover, SAS Brentiny Paris cannot be held liable for errors or omissions by the postal service (packages marked as "delivered" on the website www.coliposte.net but not received by the recipient). In this case Brentiny Paris has no recourse against the postal service.


The package is shipped by La Poste (French postal service) to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. This shipping method is valid throughout France (mainland and DOM-TOM) and in some European countries: Belgium, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and Italy.

Delivery times vary depending on the country where the package is shipped:

For mainland France, the shipping time is 48 to 72 hours from the date of shipping except in cases of force majeure. Shipping time generally observed.
For DOM-TOM: shipping times are usually between 5 and 7 business days.
For Europe: shipping times are usually between 4 and 8 business days.
