Returns and refunds

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returned accessories
(swimwear, buttock lifters, false eyelashes, bras, etc.)

To request a return, please log on to the site and go to the “My Returns” section.

Next, select the products you wish to return and then confirm your selection.

You will then receive a reference that starts with #. You will need to enter it on your return voucher in the reference box. This document must be enclosed with your product for any return.

All returns must be made by post (via the postal service), including parcels sent via a relay point, and the return costs are borne by the customer. The time from dispatch to receipt of the package must not exceed 2 weeks. After this deadline, we will not be able to process the return.

We do not accept washed, worn or damaged items.

The returned item(s) must have their labels still attached, and be in their original packaging.

To enable your refund request to be processed quickly and efficiently, please return your package together with the invoice and the duly completed and signed return voucher.

Any refund is conditional upon the returned article(s) not having suffered wear and tear as a result of handling, other than as necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the article(s).

Items or products no longer in their original condition (used/worn, damaged, stained, torn, sales tags or garment labels removed, etc.) will in no circumstances be accepted or refunded by Brentiny Paris.

Brentiny Paris wishes to inform customers, therefore, that every returned item is checked systematically and thoroughly.

After-Sales Service Request Procedure:

All after-sales requests must be made by e-mail: sav@brentinyparis.com

It is essential that you include the details listed below in your message, otherwise your request cannot not be processed.

You need to include in your message:

_ Your surname, first name, address and telephone number,

_ The order number or invoice number,

_ The product reference number (or product type and brand),

_ At least one photo (and ideally 2 or 3 images) of the damaged product, showing the fault(s)

_ A clear, detailed description of the problem you are experiencing with your product.

Once all these details have been received in full, our Customer Service will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours!

Once the package has been received, the refund can take up to 3 weeks.
